How we collaborate on web development, AI solutions, and content creation at HERBICON (herbicon.be).
1. Scope of Services
HERBICON provides custom web and application development (using Django, HTMX, and TailwindCSS), AI integrations, and optional creative content production including photography, video production, and article/copywriting services.
- Every project begins with a clear written proposal outlining deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Clients may book web development standalone or as a one-stop package including visual and written content.
2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment Terms
All project quotes are tailored to the agreed scope of work and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Standard projects are billed with an initial deposit upon kickoff and final balance upon project completion.
- Additional features or extra shoot days requested outside the initial scope are quoted transparently in advance.
3. Content Creation & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the project invoice, the client receives full usage rights for the custom website design, written articles, photography, and video assets produced specifically for their project.
- Open-source frameworks (such as Django, HTMX, and TailwindCSS) remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.
- HERBICON retains the right to showcase completed websites and visual work in our portfolio (herbicon.be) unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
4. Privacy, Security & GDPR Compliance
We respect your privacy and handle all client data and contact inquiries in accordance with European GDPR standards.
- Contact form submissions are used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and prepare your project proposal.
- We never sell or share your personal or business contact details with third parties.
